Book Return Instructions

🏫 Jackson Campus Returns

The Bulldog Depot is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for in-person book returns at the Jackson campus.

For after-hours returns, a book return drop box is located in the Student Union Building (SUB), across the hall from the Lex.

📍 Germantown Campus Returns

Rental books cannot be returned to the Germantown campus at this time due to the campus relocation.

All Germantown and online students must return rental books to the Jackson campus, either in person or by mail.

📦 Return Books by Mail

You may also mail your rental books to:

If you choose to mail your books, you must email bookstore@uu.edu once your package has been shipped. Please include:

  • Your name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated arrival date

⚠️ Important: Any packages that are lost or not received by the Bulldog Depot remain the responsibility of the student. We highly recommend purchasing tracking and shipping insurance when mailing your rental books. Please keep your tracking information until your rental return has been received and processed by the Bulldog Depot.

Please do not mail rental books without a tracking number.

💵 Late Rental Returns

Overdue rental books are subject to a $10 late fee per book.

If you are returning overdue books and are not returning them in person to the Jackson campus, please submit your applicable late fee payment through the Late Fee Payment page.
