🏫 Jackson Campus Returns

The Bulldog Depot is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for in-person book returns at the Jackson campus.

For after-hours returns, a book return drop box is located in the Student Union Building (SUB), across the hall from the Lex.

📍 Union University at Memphis Returns

Rental books may also be dropped off at Union University at Memphis.

Fall break closure: The Memphis campus will be closed October 8 and 9. Book drop-offs will not be available on those dates.

August 2026 Accelerated Courses

Students enrolled in August 2026 Accelerated Courses have until October 16, 2026 to return their rental books to the Memphis campus.

After October 16, books should NOT be returned to the Memphis campus. Any late returns must be mailed directly to the Jackson campus, and applicable late fees will be charged.

How to Return Books at the Memphis Campus

1. Take your rental books to the main desk and let them know you are returning books for the Bulldog Depot.
2. After dropping off your books, email bookstore@uu.edu and include:
   • Your name
   • The date the books were dropped off
   • The title(s) or item(s) returned

📦 Return Books by Mail

You may also mail your rental books directly to:

Once your package has been shipped, you must email bookstore@uu.edu and include:

• Your name
• Tracking number
• Estimated arrival date

💵 Late Rental Returns

Overdue rental books are subject to a $10 late fee per book.

If you are returning overdue books and are not returning them in person to the Jackson campus, please submit the applicable late fee payment through the Late Fee Payment page.
