إن كان الله قد خلق الناس ولا يزال يخلقهم فإن الكل ملك له. لاحظ مزمور ٢٤: ١ حيث يعلم داود هذه الحقيقة: «للرب الأرض وملؤها المسكونة وكل الساكنين فيها. لأنه على البحار أسسها وعلى الأنهار ثبتها». ولم يخلق الكلّ فقط بل يعتني بهم إلى الآن (متى ٥: ٤٥و٦: ٢٦).
